I think for all wikis about television shows, books too-- should only include basic "as introduced" plot points at the start of their individual pages. For example, on Toby's page, the first line mentions him being Kate's husband.

I am a believer in that a person should be able to look up and read about their favorite show, and not come across plot spoilers out in the open.

Now, if you read info on Toby's season-specific plots, then yes, here is where a reader would learn all the details. I just think if a person comes across an individual character page, the very first thing written shouldn't be anything major, and instead "as introduced" as I said.
